Makanan yang pedas sememangnya sedap,setiap kali memakan makanan pedas,kita pasti akan mengambil dalam jumlah yang banyak.Bagi kita yang ingin menurunkan berat badan,bolehlah menukar menu makanan kita seperti ayam dan daging kepada sayur yang dimasak pedas.Dengan cara ini, biarpun kita mengambil dalam kuantiti yang banyak,namun kalori yang terkandung dalam menu kita itu tetap sedikit.Walau bagaimanapun,pastikan kita mengurangkan pengambilan makanan pedas yang kerap kerana boleh mendatangkan penyakit yang tidak diingini seperti buasir...."lu pikirlah sendiri"kata nabil

The British Chiropractic Association has found that 32 percent of people spend 10 hours or more sitting down each day.Sitting can put almost twice as much pressure on your back than standing up. There is an increase of 85 percent in disc pressure when leaning forward in a poor sitting posture.This means,you are hurting your back while you slouch and lean towards your computer! Imagine the abuse your back has taken through the years?Chiropractors suggest never to sit in the same positions for more than 40 minutes without getting up for a stretch. So,wise up and take care of your spine!

Researchers at the University of Bristol have found that hormonal changes caused by lack of sleep could lead to increased appetite. Dr Shahrad Taheri says,"Individuals who spent less than eight hour sleeping were shown to have a greater likelihood of being heavier." For a good night's sleep,avoid food like cheese and soy sauce,which contain tyramine, a brain stimulant.
