Researchers at the University of Bristol have found that hormonal changes caused by lack of sleep could lead to increased appetite. Dr Shahrad Taheri says,"Individuals who spent less than eight hour sleeping were shown to have a greater likelihood of being heavier." For a good night's sleep,avoid food like cheese and soy sauce,which contain tyramine, a brain stimulant.
